What is BEING SLIM

BEING SLIM is a highly individualized program that supports each woman return to her natural weight. The program takes into account any woman's conditioning and predispositions. Each of us are born with certain predispositions that lead us to take on weight (and in some cases lose weight!). Our upbringing, our childhood experiences and habits also play a big role in this outcome. Based on all the above factors, a certain equilibrium is set in our bodies. Our overweight or underweight simply reflects that equilibrium.
